Clinical support and professional training
I work in two areas: I accompany women and babies in private consultation, and I train health professionals who want to integrate fascial research into their clinical practice.
Everything I offer is born from 20 years of experience, continuous training in fascial anatomy and a commitment: to work from real science and deep listening, not from closed protocols.
Specialized work on the perineal fascia, pelvic diaphragm and fascial structures related to pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum.
Relief of pelvic pain, postpartum recovery and body preparation for childbirth.
Courses and workshops for midwives, physiotherapists and perinatal health personnel.
I teach how to integrate fascial research, biotensegrity and the craniosacral approach in supporting pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and babies.
Body monitoring throughout the entire process: fascial preparation for childbirth, relief of discomfort during pregnancy, recovery of the pelvic floor and body reorganization in the postpartum.
From real anatomy, not from generic exercises.
Subtle manual technique that works on the craniosacral system to release deep tensions.
Especially indicated in pregnancy, postpartum and for babies with cranial asymmetries, congenital torticollis or breastfeeding difficulties.
Craniosacral and fascial work for babies with cranial asymmetries, congenital muscular torticollis, colic, reflux, birth tensions or breastfeeding difficulties.
Respectful accompaniment from the understanding of how birth is inscribed in the body.
Integrative body therapy that works from breathing, movement and body awareness.
To release physical and emotional blockages, reconnect with the body and regain vitality.
Experiential and applicable professional training in consultation
I teach courses and workshops for midwives, physiotherapists, perinatal nurses and healthcare professionals who want to integrate fascial research, biotensegrity and the craniosacral approach into their clinical practice.
What I teach is not theory. This is what I have learned in 20 years of practice, anatomical dissection and training with world-renowned researchers.
Themes:
- Fascial anatomy applied to pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum
- The perineal fascia and the pelvic diaphragm: three-dimensional understanding
- Birth as a tensegral process: how the baby's fascia is organized (or disorganized)
- Craniosacral therapy applied to the baby: asymmetries, torticollis, breastfeeding difficulties
- Conscious body accompaniment: beyond protocols
Trainings:
- In-person courses for healthcare teams
- Specific workshops for midwives
- Tailored training according to team needs
Terapia fascial perinatal
Specialized work on the fascial tissue of the pelvic floor, pelvis, uterus and diaphragm. From the deep anatomical understanding of how these structures are organized (or disorganized) during pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum.
How can I help you:
- Chronic pelvic pain or pain during sexual intercourse
- Recovery of the pelvic floor after childbirth
- Cesarean section or episiotomy scars with adhesions
- Tensions in the pelvic diaphragm that affect breathing
Baby treatment
Craniosacral and fascial work with babies from birth. From the understanding that the birth process leaves a mark on the baby's body, and that many difficulties (irritability, colic, asymmetries, sucking problems) have their origin in fascial tensions that can be released.
I work with babies who present:
- Cranial asymmetries or plagiocephaly
- Congenital muscular torticollis
- Colic, reflux, gas, irritability
- Breastfeeding difficulties (latching, sucking, breast rejection)
- Birth stress (instrumented births, cesarean section, long delivery)
Pregnancy support
and postpartum
Body monitoring throughout the pregnancy and postpartum process. I do not work from generic protocols, but from listening to what your body needs at all times.
What's included:
- Fascial preparation for childbirth: pelvic mobility, diaphragm work, tension release
- Relief of discomfort during pregnancy (lumbar, sciatica, ribs, pelvic heaviness)
- Postpartum recovery: pelvic floor reorganization, scar work, abdominal fascia recovery
- Breastfeeding support and bonding with the baby
Craniosacral therapy
Very subtle manual technique that works on the craniosacral system: skull, spine, sacrum and the membranes that connect them. Releases deep tensions, regulates the nervous system and returns the body to its natural rhythm.
Suitable for:
- Pregnant women: relief from headaches, cervical tension, preparation for childbirth
- Postpartum women: body reorganization, emotional balance
- Babies: cranial asymmetries, plagiocephaly, congenital torticollis, irritability, colic
- Breastfeeding difficulties related to craniofascial tensions in the baby
Diaphreotherapy
Integration body therapy created by Luz Casasnovas. It works from breathing, conscious movement and the release of physical and emotional blockages. A way to reconnect with the body through softness and presence.
What it contributes:
- Release of deep tensions in the diaphragm and fascia
- Connection with breathing and inner calm
- Work on emotions stored in the body
- Greater vitality and energy on a daily basis
